Payment terms: all sessions will be asked to be paid upfront, to reserve your spot. 

 

Cancellation policy: cancellation must be done 5 days before the scheduled photoshoot to get a full refund. If you cancel a session within 72h before a shoot you’ll lose 40% of the full amount of the photoshoot. In the case of bad weather, accidents, or emergencies, you’ll get a full refund.  

 

Punctuality: Amandine Louis Photography has a strict policy regarding punctuality. If you are late for a session, you will not be eligible for refunds and the session will be lost. If the session is still moving forward, you will be charged for the time we spent waiting.

 

Edits: once edited and delivered the photos can’t be edited again by the client. After delivery, the edits are final, and not to be modified. Amandine Louis Photography will never modify and alter faces, bodies, or skins. We believe you are perfect the way you are, and your image should not be modified to fit a certain type of "beauty standard" imposed by society. 

 

Credits: please make sure to always credit the pictures that you are using online. This allow us to gain visibility and to be recognised for our work (@amandinelouis.photography on IG or Amandine Cécile Louis)

 

Intellectual property: all photographs belong to Amandine Louis Photography, and cannot be used without consent or sold to third parties.
